We collect a small amount of data about you through the contact form on this site. Below is a plain summary of what, why, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the form:
- name
- phone
- project description
Phone and project description are optional. We need your name and email to be able to reply to you.
What we use it for
To handle your inquiry and discuss possible cooperation. Nothing else. We don’t send newsletters, we don’t build profiles, and we don’t sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last contact with you. Then we delete it. If you’d like it deleted sooner, just write to us.
Who else sees it
Submitted forms are delivered to us by Formspree, which acts as our processor solely so the message reaches our inbox.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you, and get a copy,
- have it corrected if it’s wrong,
- have it deleted,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- have it transferred elsewhere,
- withdraw any consent you’ve given, at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact hello@kongstudio.sk. If you believe we’re not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
